Delete your FinanceMarket account

You can delete your FinanceMarket account here, without opening the app. This applies to the FinanceMarket website and mobile app.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in, including your saved profile details.
Your applications, saved offers and the documents you uploaded.
Your communication preferences and other personal data linked to your account.

What we must keep

Where UAE law requires it, we keep identification (KYC) and transaction records for a minimum of five (5) years from the end of the relationship or the completion of the relevant transaction, even if you ask us to delete them.
We may also keep data needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to meet tax, regulatory or court requirements.
Once the required retention period ends, this data is securely deleted or anonymised. See Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.

The 7-day recovery window

We delete your data within 7 days. You can cancel within that window by signing in again with your mobile number and choosing Cancel deletion. After 7 days, deletion cannot be undone.
